"Call for Speakers" – How it works

Take the opportunity to participate in a VDI event by delivering a presentation.

You will find the topics for submissions in the ‘call for speakers’ section, as well as all relevant information and dates.

When you have found a topic you would like to contribute to, please submit an abstract, such as a short description of your presentation, here. All submissions are reviewed by a program committee consisting of specialists and experts from relevant industries and research institutions. After detailed review and assessment, a program of presentations is put together from the submissions.

You will be informed as soon as the final decision on the presentations for the program has been made.

Alongside the presentations, we also offer a poster exhibition at several conferences. Different to a formal presentation, this involves outlining the main points in your topic on a poster and then answering questions from delegates.
