The VDI Workshop "Capture the Flag (CTF): Hands-On Introduction to Cybersecurity" gives you the opportunity to test and improve your cyber security skills in a realistic environment. In a CTF competition, you'll compete against other participants, attempting to solve as many security challenges as possible. Afterwards, you'll discuss your approach with the expert from ETAS, a leading German developer of embedded systems for the automotive industry.

Take Action: Go Offensive

The increasing complexity and interconnectivity lead to new attack vectors and potential vulnerabilities in software products. This results in serious consequences, particularly in the automotive sector. It is crucial for the responsible individuals in companies to maintain a high level of security awareness. Product cyber resilience must be continuously improved to meet both regulatory and customer requirements.

The workshop "Capture the Flag (CTF): Hands-On Introduction to Cybersecurity" offers you a realistic environment to practice your cyber security skills. Through various challenges based on real applications and scenarios, you will simulate offensive security tasks. By solving these challenges, you will develop an understanding from the perspective of attackers, learning how to better secure your products and services.

The VDI Workshop takes place one day before the international VDI conference "Cyber Security for Vehicles". If you book both events together, you will benefit from our discounted combined price.
