Dismantling

To access the CC Rosengarten grounds (for loading and unloading during set-up and dismantling times), turn right from Friedrichsring in front of the Dorint (behind the pharmacy) (see service manual). The access road is equipped with a barrier. At the entrance, staff will note the time of entry and arrange the time of exit. This only applies to vehicles over 1.90m in height. Vehicles under 1.90m must be loaded and unloaded in the underground garage (for a fee).
We ask you to kindly pass this information on to your service providers.
 

Congress participant registration - with exclusive exhibitor discount

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to order congress tickets at a reduced price. This is possible via the group registration form at reduced prices according to the discount scale indicated. Please complete the form and send it to wissing@vdi.de.

Exhibitor passes

Exhibitor passes for stand supervision are not included in the exhibition package and can be ordered separately (your package includes the higher-priced congress ticket).
Price per exhibitor pass: € 390.00 plus VAT.
Exhibitor passes include the following services:

• Access to the exhibition area (no participation in the presentations)
• Catering
• Evening event

You can order additional passes using this form.

The number of passes depends on the size of the stand. Depending on the stand size, the following maximum quantities can be ordered:

Stand area up to 8 sqm                                    2 exhibitor passes
Stand area from 9 to 12 sqm                           3 exhibitor passes
Stand area from 13 to 20 sqm                         5 exhibitor passes
Stand area > 20 sqm                                         7 exhibitor passes
 

Exhibitor highlights

Take advantage of the free opportunity to present your products, services and innovations that you are presenting at the event in a product directory - our exhibitor highlights.
Entry is free of charge.
In addition to distributing the printed exhibitor highlights to participants and press representatives during the event, our press team will use your highlights for preliminary reports (press releases, social media).

Exhibitor catalogue

With regard to the catalog entry included in the stand price, our catalog service provider, Mr. Arndt Nolden
(vdi-katalog@t-online.de), will get in touch with you in mid-January 2025.

DEADLINE: February 14, 2025 (later submissions can no longer be considered in the catalog)
